I keep coming back here because the staff helped me plan my evenings and I never regret it. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, off-site car park, cookware, and no pets or smoking. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

our recent stay in whitby was truly amazing! the property we stayed at, park view house, was spotlessly clean and surprisingly spacious. the comfortable beds and provided towels made us feel right at home. we loved the convenient location, with easy parking and just a short walk to both the west cliff and the town. we would definitely stay here again if we're in the area!
tv channels were glitchy

We had a fantastic stay at Park View House in Whitby. The location was ideal, with just a short walk to both the picturesque West Cliff and the lively town center. The house itself was spacious and had all the facilities we needed, from a dishwasher to a washing machine. The beds were comfortable, and it was great to have fresh towels and bedding provided. The hosts were accommodating and even allowed us to check in earlier. We loved that there was ample parking available as well. it felt like a home away from home, and we would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.
Although the house was clean and well-equipped, there were a couple of minor issues. The oven had a bit of a mess left from previous guests, and the TV had some difficulty with channel reception.

I absolutely adored the charming decor of the hotel, especially in the common areas. The beautiful furniture and tasteful decorations really made me feel at home. As a senior person, I appreciated that everything was well-maintained and very accessible, making it easy for me to navigate around the hotel.
It would have been wonderful if the children working there had offered more activities and services specifically tailored for senior guests. Just a little extra attention to our needs would have made the vacation even more enjoyable.

The nearest airport, Teesside International Airport, was conveniently close. The holiday home had modern facilities like an oven, dishwasher, and stovetop - perfect for a posh lady like me.
Well, the nearest airport could've been even closer. But hey, can't have everything in life, can we?

The villa was spacious and had a minimal, modern design, which we loved. It was equipped with all the modern facilities we needed, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and fan-assisted oven. the kitchen sink was huge, and everything was clean and fresh-smelling, including the towels and bedding. the location was perfect, with Whitby town within easy walking distance, even with our two young children. We also appreciated the proximity to the museum and two parks. It truly felt like a home away from home, with a quiet location and ample parking. The hosts were accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier, and we would definitely stay here again. Cons: Nothing not to like! 😊.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy parking and close proximity to both the town and the harbor. The accommodation was very clean and had all the necessary equipment for cooking and other needs. The beds were comfortable and provided ample space for a pleasant stay.
The shower pressure was somewhat lacking, which was unfortunate considering the otherwise nice bathroom and shower. the back patio area could use some attention and weeding to make it more attractive for guests entering through that entrance.

The house was very clean and modern, with a well-equipped kitchen and all the essentials covered. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the house. The location was great, as it was only a short walk to the harbour and abbey. The owner/manager was open and communicative, providing assistance when needed. The self check-in and keysafe allowed for flexibility in our arrival time.
The shower pressure was lacking, which was a shame considering the nice bathroom. It was a bit difficult to find the front door, as there were no numbered signs on the pedestrian walkway.
